All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review product photos, descriptions, sizes, colors, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Shipping issues: Bollywood Aura Studios is not responsible for carrier delays. For packages marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.
